Industry knowledge:
There are three reasons for the oxidation of stainless steel screws:
1. Production process. From its production process and characteristics, the surface of the screw will form a film, also known as the oxide film. This can protect steel products from oxidation, which is also different from other steel products. Due to the negligence of the manufacturer, the oxide film is incomplete, which leads to redox reaction.
2. Composition proportion of the product. In order to save the production cost, some manufacturers will reduce some important elements, and the proportion of components does not meet the standard, which weakens the oxidation resistance of stainless steel.
3. There are also man-made reasons. Some customers use stainless steel products improperly, especially some steel products used in the catering industry. There is a high probability of man-made reasons.
